Who are you?

Glad to meet you! We are Japan Quality. Our mission is to give our customers the chance to find high-quality authentic Japanese products, all from one place, and to introduce a little Japanese Taste in your life. Our goal is to make sure that everyone has access to safe, reliable, and innovative products of a quality that won’t leave you wishing for more! 

What are the shipping and delivery times?

As for our "Japan Arts" and "Sports Kanji Prints" products, they are all custom-made. We start making the items after we receive your orders. Therefore, it may take 1-2 weeks to be delivered. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Is there a Tracking Number for my items?

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

Please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can check and boost the delivery process. You can email us at info@japanquality.net or by using the Contact Us page.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@japanquality.net right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We have a 30-Day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
